License refunds are only available within the first paid month after the trial period for monthly subscriptions and within 30 days of payment for annual subscriptions. After these periods, we cannot offer refunds.
When you cancel a subscription, you will still be able to use your subscription for the time that you have already paid. The subscription will be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle and your credit card will not be charged again.

Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
We offer fully functional trials of our products and plans. The Basic, Premium and Pro plans can be trialed for 14 days.
If you subscribed for a free or discounted trial and you do not want to renew it, cancel it at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
You can request a refund for subscription within a stipulated period from your payment date.
- For a monthly subscription, request a refund within the first month.
- For an annual subscription, request a refund within 30 days.
